Having traced over this quick doodle in Illustrator, I find that I have no idea why it struck me as so funny earlier today. Up it goes, nonetheless.

As a technical note, I have changed pointing devices on my computer, from a trackball mouse to an optical mouse, and I find that my drawing precision in Illustrator has improved. The smooth curves below are Bezier; the rougher-looking ones were drawn with Illustrator's pencil tool.
