Thursday, December 1st, 2005 NaNoWriMo has come to a close, and I remain at about 9500 words, far short of the required 50,000. As I've said before, I am pleased with the outcome, as this is the largest connected body of writing I've created in a very long time. Furthermore, if around 10,000 words a month is my true output level, that's good enough. It can be continued until I do have enough words to fill a real novel. And then... And then, I'm not quite sure. I'm thinking things over at present and requesting input and advice from those close to me. I have several large tasks ahead of me at present, one of which is starting a computer repair service as stated in the previous entry, and studying for a possible position in another project. All of this will be hard on PaaT, and how I continue it depends on how I answer a few questions. On top of this, Bune has proven so far to be much easier to produce as a text novel than as a graphic novel, and I need to consider if it will stay this way. I'm going to take some time over the weekend to consider this, and I'll continute talking about it on Monday. Until! |
